The customary dosage is (2) capsules three times per day with meals. The amount is dependent on weight and extent of symptoms. 70 pounds and under is usually (1) capsule 3X/day. 70 pounds and over is (2) capsules 3X/day.

I see that the ingredients includes Adrenal Tissue. And, I note that this formula was developed many years ago, prior to worldwide concerns about Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy – Mad Cow Disease – affecting the safety of glandular tissue.

What is the source of the glandular ingredients used in Balance Formula-1? From which animal (cow/sheep/pig)? And, from which country/region?

What guarantees do you have of tissue purity? Especially:

What proof do you have that the tissue is from animals which were fed only organic feed?
What proof do you have that NO bone meal or animal products were used in their feed?
What proof do you have that the animals did not receive antibiotics or hormones?

“Mad Cow Disease” stems from infected brain tissue that gets grounded into “meal” for pigs and other farm animals. An animal displaying MCD is quite obvious. In general these animals eat no genetically modified grain or grain products, ingest no antibiotics, hormones or drugs and no animal by-products.
